🍽️ What is it?
Shredded smoked marlin sautéed with tomato, onion, chili, and herbs, served in a flour tortilla (the traditional version) or corn.
✨ Why it's amazing
Smoked marlin has a texture similar to shredded meat but with a unique smoky-marine flavor. Combined with a warm tortilla, lime, and hot sauce — a flavor profile that doesn't exist anywhere else in Mexico. Filling but not heavy.
