Cold Coconut & Chili Mango

🍽️ What is it?

Cold coconut: a green coconut machete-cracked on the spot, with a straw to drink the water — then split open so you can scoop out the flesh.

Chili mango: green or semi-ripe mango sliced into a flower shape, with lime, Tajín chili powder, salt, and sometimes liquid chamoy.
